I make fun of the people every year that stand in line for the iPhone every September. Funny enough, I ended up in the line for the 5s at La Cantera last year due to my job (had to go get the CEO a phone that day and AT&T didn't\doesn't allow pre-order for business customers). I didn't mind too much because I was "on the clock" so-to-speak so I HAD to be there. It wasn't like I was some iSheep there because I wanted to. Interestingly enough, I showed up there at like 10:00 AM and was out the door with a 32 GB Space Grey in less than 1.5 hrs. That store, I must say, really had their **** together. I waited to get my 5s in October 2013.

Personally, I feel that my 4S is the best one I ever owned because it has given me zero problems.
I haven't had an iPhone since the 3gs, but I'm seriously considering one of the new ones since they've finally included features I want.

I'm not interested in waiting in line just to be the first one though. I think it's silly. They'll make enough for everyone who wants to buy one, I promise.

I always laugh when iPhones come out and see all the people going crazy over a phone that has all these "new" features that Android phones have had for a few years. ApplePay is simply NFC technology that I've had on Android for years. Their processor is nothing cutting edge at all, on top of how locked down their operating system is. I just don't get why people lose their minds over a device that is chasing Samsung at this point.

I'm happy with my Samsung Galaxy S4. If I upgrade, it'll be because Cricket was bought out by AT&T and will be switching from CDMA to GSM. It's not that I have a thing against Apple products, but I have never found a reason to buy any.

Because operating system matters more to some people than specs?

My immediate family members have both Android and iOS phones. I happen to prefer Android, and not because of phone specs. I don't begrudge anyone who prefers the other platform. Some folks in this thread should consider opening their minds a bit.

I an understand that, but if I want to make my phone OS look and appear just like an iPhone I can simply download a launcher that makes my phone look and feel exactly like an iPhone but with all the advantages of android.
