I had problems with several of my channels with AT&T Uverse. The channels would lose signals for no reason and I would have to reboot my system 3 different times.

I'm not sure that's the same thing. You may want to call Uverse to see if there are any documented outages. OTA TV is different than Uverse.

I live in Austin but have this same issue. I've had U-Verse for years but this problem only started recently. Internet drops several times a day too as well as the channel problems you described. It all seemed to start around the same time I had someone come up to hook up an additional TV and they switched everything to wireless TV boxes. I've called but they don't know what the problem is and are unsure if they can in person if they aren't able to duplicate the process.

I dropped Uverse after 4 years of sub par reception and switched to direct tv and I can kick myself I the rear for not making the switch sooner. I am very pleased with direct tv.
