As far as I know (from the looks of things, that is), what you see is what you get. I haven't called the Realtor, so I have no idea if the house is discounted in any way. Aside from the sod (or lack thereof), I wonder what else didn't get finished. My guess is that the house (Diego Lane) was under contract and something went wrong (either the builder or the buyer). I would assume that a new buyer would work something into the new contract for finishing, but that's anyone's guess.

Just noticed that many of the Medallion "Available" lot signs have been replaced with ones from Gehan Homes. Anyone know how they stack up? I went to the Gehan site and it looks like prices will be somewhat inline with what we have now...they're building their "Premier Series" homes in the Hills.

They bought half of Kimball Hill's former lots in Sable Chanse.... DR Horton bought the other half. Last time i drove through there (about 2 weeks ago), Gehan had the model home and a couple spec homes nearly complete. They look pretty nice. They seemed to be more "McMansion" than Kimball Hill, but by no means bad. Gehan is buying up tons of lots from defunct builders around the city. Overall I think i would prefer them over many other builders.

Thanks for the post, bjorn. I thought the homes on their site looked pretty nice. Square footage, pricing, and "features" seemed to be in-line with what many other builders in AR are offering. That's a good thing...

Default Langford Sq Ft

I'm selling my Medallion Home after 8 years and can't find the sq ft for my plan. Does anyone have a Langford floorplan and know the sq ft?
