Default Car Emissions Tests in San Antonio

At this time, yes. However, we are close to being forced to do so by the EPA. The city had talked with the EPA on voluntary testing (less strict), but I haven't heard anything for awhile.

Default San Antonio Ozone Levels (not good)

Actually, we were over in 2005 at 86ppm (ground level ozone). We have to be lower than 85ppm. We are on a 3-year (2005-2007) averaging and must be below 85ppm as an average. For more facts on this view this site:

With all the additional people (and their cars) moving here (not to mention more truck traffic), it is just a matter of time before we will have mandatory emission testing.
