this is news to me. I got the new modem but nothing about a phone number to call. what is the number?

Just call their service line and give the rep your modem MAC number (make sure you've got it connected and you're using it at the time). It's not rocket scientist material.

Shouldnt even have to call them. The modem should have come with instructions to activate online

From TWC:

"Once you have installed the new modem we sent you simply call the number
we provided in the "Easy Connect Guide" to activate it."

The number is on the 2nd page of the guide.
1-877-309-5869.

Voicemail ends with:

If you have any questions pls. call 1-855-692-3154.

when you replaced the modem, did you see speed increases? i havent rebooted my modem in a week. the last time i did is when i noticed the 4 extra downstream channels.

Same here on Culebra a mile outside 410.

Now I just have to get them to give me back the Turbo tier that got taken away by mistake 6 months ago.

Nice guys. Grats on the upgrade finally! Still waiting on mine. Of course mine is supposed to NOW be upgraded the 2nd week of June. Pushed back from last week of April, then first week of May...
