I'm not from San Antonio, but planning on moving there in a couple of months. I've heard that Bussey's Flea Market (actually in Schertz) is supposed to be really good.

I wouldn't say Bussey's is really good....just good. Has many sellers that sell the same thing every weekend, but this is also true of the flea market on Eisenhauer, and the one on Hwy 16 south (south of Loop 410). There is one flea market that is more like a large garage sale on the south side just north of Loop 410 (east of Hwy 16).

is SA a "newer" city, or an "older" city?

I know its been around for a while, but it seems like most of the development is the last 20-30 yrs or so?
