So you quoted yourself making a inaccurate claim just to link to a story to make it seem like your claim wasn't inaccurate? Your comment was made on Tuesday, that article came out on Wednesday unless you knew about the city starting up their annexation process after a decade, your comment was intended to mean that SA had been annexing land continuously for the last however many years.

Well like most of what you post, you're wrong. They stopped annexing for a decade.

I know. But this came out a day after your claim. So either you knew about it before or your claim was made up because they haven't annexed in a decade.
