Default bottled water

Heard a new company opened up in Seguin water bottling that is, some time back I also read somewhere about how water extracted north of San Antonio for bottling would work, and all they need is a permit from somewhere to bottle the flowing water and transport and sell around the rest of the nation it seems a little weird because of all the water shortages, and water restrictions imposed, so is this fact or fiction, when it comes to water, and water restrictions in Texas.

Absolutely false, baring a catastrophic incident at a power plant Texas has enough energy capacity in the grid to get us through the summer.
