Vinyl floor replacement is like carpet installation - pretty simple and the service is usually provided by flooring companies at a reasonable price. Have you already purchased the replacement flooring separate from installation? If not, I would cross-shop a couple flooring companies.

Just be careful that they have recommendations from regular posters on NextDoor. I used a handyman I found there for a small job, didn't get references, and the guy messed up badly and the job ended up costing me much more than it should have and I still have to pay someone to fix my drywall in my bedroom and the job I was wanting done was a simple outdoor job!
