Thanks for the warning everyone! I know it sounds like a death wish, but I've never gotten sick at a Chinese buffet, regret, yes, but never sick. I haven't been to one in a year or so, but the idea of all you can eat crab legs, sushi, and Mongolian grill jumps into my head once every few years.

I found out about Asian Star which just opened on Nov. 8, 2015. I might swing by sometime to check it out. The commercials had crab legs in it, but I'll call to confirm.

Judging by the reviews on that link save your time & gas. That place has been renamed I don't know how many times.....new name, same crappy food.

Why don't you just buy some crab legs at Groomers like one other poster said ??? You know they'll be as fresh as can be, in SA

I wouldn't recommend going to a Chinese restaurant for seafood either... but I will throw a name out.. been a while since I went there.. and don't remember if they had the crab legs.. but "Golden Phoenix" on Perrin Beitel always has a full crowd when I drive by...

The crab legs suck at all of the buffets. East Buffet, Chopsticks, Fortune Cookie, are all gross. The only one that has been ok is Teppenyaki by Ingram mall, but the crab legs were poor quality and had a mushy texture, tasted like a dirty aquarium smells.

HEB, Costco, and Groomers are the only places I go for crab, fresh shrimp, lobster, and sushi grade cuts of fish.

Although not a fan of crab legs, I did see crab legs among other sea creatures at Lin's BUFFET. They are still new, so the novelty of adherence to health codes hasn't worn off.
