Cant speak for others with these issues, but personally we have both a "portable" hepa filter in the bedroom and a whole house air filtration system on our HVAC system AND use hospital grade filters we special order, so I can't imagine much more I could do in the way of filtration.

Again, these drops have allowed me to have the windows open at night to enjoy the fresh air, something I have NEVER been able to tolerate during cedar days.

I am SOOO enjoying the freedom that taking these drops 3 times a day has afforded me in being able to be out and about and not feel like a shutin zombie.

We also have an Ionic Breeze in our daughters room... Can't say that I notice much of a difference in her congestion...

There's one more thing I can suggest to *possibly* help (though I've never tried it): A Facial Steamer
She has been thru a lot... It kills me every cedar season to hear her breathing thru her mouth because she just can't breathe thru her nose...

The facial steamer is something we have not tried... Thanks for the suggestion... I will search them on Amazon now...

Paka... I am SO very happy that you have had so much success with the drops... Sadly, they don't seem to making a difference at all with Madi... I'm still giving them to her 3 times a day in hopes that she will build up an immunity but I'm thinking it's not likely they will make a difference for her...

Now, with our German Shepherd, they have worked great! LoL!!! ... She still scratches, but nothing like she used to, so I guess the drops weren't a total loss for us...

I think the TCF drops are working for me! Went for a long walk yesterday and I didn't have to bust out my emergency tissues. I'm glad I got the big bottle. The real test will be when I will skip the Nasacort today...
