Hmmm.. I don't know about this list. I didn't think Iceland was all that great (visited twice, Keflavik,Reykjavic and surrounding areas.). I didn't find Cincy to be anything special either.
Los Angeles does have a lot to offer.

Curious they're comparing US cities with countries. Why wouldn't they compare cities to cities and countries to countries? I saw a few foreign cities, but many more are countries.

There is a lot of on-street free parking. Meters are free in the evenings.
Homeless are in every city, I actually find them to be much lower in number here than in other much wealthier cities.
