San Antonio is cheapest and 45K would be fine for a single a guy.

Probably more opps in Houston, but SA is cheaper and a vibrant, growing city. personally, I like Houston too but between the two I'd go with SA. I love Austin, where I live, but it is very expensive and there are not as many jobs and too much competition

In terms of opportunities, Houston though the O&G Upstream industry there is hurting, badly, however other sectors are still booming. In terms of COL, San Antonio seems best.

Are you not nervous of moving to another country ? I've had thoughts of up and leaving heading to Canada either Toronto or Vancouver but have no idea how to go aboht moving to another country Idk what good paying jobs I could come across without a degree there

Those Canadian border officers can be big trouble for U.S. folks wanting to stay there unless you are there for a short vacation and promise not to work. A NAFTA letter makes it easy for long term business visitors.

Im not nervous but excited. I mean sure i have my doubts about some stuff but nothing major. I wouldn't move though. i need an offer before i do as hard as it may be. Besides moving to Canada might not be best considering how our dollar is so low. Getting around isn;t the hard part but finding a good paying job without a degree is. Your best chance is doing what i do. Apply for jobs here and hope for the best.. apply thorugh recruiters will boost your chances.
I am trying so hard to get an offer in an accounting industry anywhere in US but primarily SA, I would highly appreciate the help .... im beggin ya lol...
