So, by your definition, irrational = disagreement with your baseless assertions. You started a discussion, based on faulty logic and assumptions, and have been twisting and deflecting ever since. One of the stores you cited as being padlocked was clearly identified as being closed only for renovations. That's sort of the opposite of the dire news you initially reported. Instead of closing, Brooks Brothers was actually making capital investments in their existing foot print.

Brooks Brothers is back open!

FYI I spoke to someone in the industry and the reason for all the changes right now is because the mall recently turned 10 years old and all the leases were up. If you go right now you will notice that stores are moving around everywhere.
