There is an antique/collectible store downtown at the corner of Broadway and Travis (not sure of the name now). It's three stories and the top floor used to have a dealer there with two large rooms full of LP's. Hopefully someone can help me remember the name, and you might want to call ahead and ask if he's still there. Amazing collection.

Not sure where all the dealers dispersed to from the Antique Mall by the airport. They also had a long time dealer there with a great collection. You might just try calling some of the Antique Malls and asking about dealers around town.

Hogwild Records at Main + Dewey (across from SAC) carries lots of vinyl. One of the only music stores in S.A. that still sells new records/vinyl. They mostly specialize in non-top 40 music (punk, metal, rock, hiphop, dance etc.), but you can also find a decent variety of music for cheap in their used record bin. The staff is fairly knowledgeable and they can put in a search for something if it's not carried.

Sometimes I go to Half-Price Books they have a okay selection of some Vinyl for a 'resonable' price. I found a good condition album from the Ramones for $7.50 last week, and found some rolling stones vinyls

I haven't been inside in a longtime but Flipside Records on the south side use to have records. You might give them a call and see if they still sell records.
