I will be needing childcare for my newborn in the near future. I'm looking more for an in-home facility in hopes of keeping the adult to child ratio low. I am open to day care facilities. Does anyone have any suggestions and price ranges?

I don't have any children or grandkids in daycare. A friend of mine has her baby in I think it's called Little Cowboys and Tiaras. They charge i thought she said $200.00 a week? It may depend on where in NESA you live.
You might contact the City of SA in regards to licensed daycares that take infants.I assume they inspect them as they have to be licensed. There's La Petite, There's a Light house day care out here in Schertz, plus Mary's Little Lambs (been around a long time) and another one by the Schertz Auto and Collison.
I think the Randolph Church of Christ has a day care and there is one next to Universal City Family Practice.I forgot the name of that one,but a guy at work has his little boys in it. Don't know if they take infants but if you are low income they will take your child. Forgot what you have to qualify to get the reduced price.

You can check out any registered daycare centers here, including registered homes. I highly recommend starting with this.
