I dont think the intention was to show anything wrong with Judge Milan, that was why they said "on a different note".

Judge Milan is one of the few I can tolerate. I am sure it has nothing to do with her being easy on the eyes!

So now that this thread is active and I just read all of it. What happened did you go to small claims court or go on Judge Alex?

I have also been contacted by the Judge Alex show. I thought my case was boring since it is simply contract law. But the show goes through filled cases since they are "public record". The people from the show have spoke with me a few times, They expressed the fact that on the show you get more opportunity to explain the case. In "regular court" you MIGHT get 20 minutes for both parties to present their side. On the show you need to fill 30 minutes! I am very nervous about deciding yes or no to appearing on a show or in a real court room. The idea that I won't have to go through all the collecting process to get my judgement (Confident I will win!) sounds very appealing. Prior to the show contacting me, I had never heard of the Judge Alex show. I am researching it now to make an informed decision.

I recommend doing it for these reasons:

1. Like you said, it's easy collection if you win.
2. Of the judge shows, Judge Alex seems to be the guy who least often rips into people
3. It'd be a fun, unique experience
