I know city data does not allow posting real estate website so please DM me with your recommendation. I am helping my mom as she prepares to downsize. She's not ready to engage a realtor yet but would like to walk through some open houses. What is the best site to search for open houses? I've searched a little and Several local realtor sites seem to list only their own listings on their open house pages. I know about Zillow and Realtor.com and would appreciate other suggestions. Thanks!

Did you even click the link? The 1st 6 non sponsored links search open houses in the area.

Yes I did click the link. All the links that came up were zillow and realtor. Perhaps they come up differently for you.

I would most appreciate a specific recommendation so
if the link you shared pulls up something you believe would be helpful, other than zillow or realtor, please share if you are willing.

I know the two websites of the independent realtor brokerages that specialize in the area she is searching, but using their search feature for open houses either pulls up only that company's listings or (on the other site) pulls up all listings.

I'd like to be able to search for open houses in a defined geographic area with some fairly specific search parameters. Thanks

Zillow, realtor, and redfin did not show an open house listing i knew about, which was listed on the website of the listing agent. That is the reason I was asking for other suggestions...figuring there could be others we were missing by using these sites. I did try sabor and the particular listing I was interested in did come up on thst search...promising! Unfortunately I was unable to figure out how to use sabor to filter open houses by various characteristics. I was using my phone, so maybe I could figure out the filters if I were on the full website.

So...still not sure I know of a site that shows all open houses and allows you to filter by specific charscteristics. Oh well...Im sure we will find a few to visit, if they are ever open. She is specifically interested in a very limited number of (condo) buildings so it may just be the case that they only rarely hold them open.
