I've only been here since 2002, but it's been steadily improving since then, though by then it was already very well revitalized. There are still some pockets that need help, especially in Baja King William. I'd say it's better than it was 5-10 years ago, and will continue to improve.

My husband's family lives in one of the houses on King Williams, we had an outdoor wedding in their yard. It was beautiful! Right across the street from the museum house...I think the one in your pictures.
