You sure didn't.
Why would I need to? I never made the claim otherwise.

I guess I was wrong about Portland development though. Traffic seems to be increasing regardless, but developments don't sit vacant any more. The city probably also doesn't give out huge tax breaks to developers. anymore.
It wasn't developments that sat vacant, it was land. The city wanted dense development on said land and offered the incentives.

Neither did I. You want me to post an article within the last six months, but you didn't either.

So this:

Quote:
Ten years after Portland's first light-rail line was built, the city was so disappointed about lack of development along the route that it offered ten years of property tax waivers to anyone building near rail stations. One major development along the light rail, Beaverton Round, received $9 million in infrastructure subsidies and tax waivers. But no one wanted to move in, so the developer faced foreclosure. The city recently put up another $3.4 million to keep the project alive.
Is giving some "incentives"?

You still think I'm 210... wow. It's one thing to get a PM from you on the other site but when I reply telling you I'm not him and tell you to reread that thread you still think I'm him. Funny.

Your not him, but you are his twin. You both are exactly alike.

I asked you to post a recent article stating what your 7 year old hack-article stated. So why are you throwing it back at me as if I posted the O'Toole piece?

9 million plus 3.4 million is yeah, some incentive. Especially with what that money eventually helped built. Google this development. It's quite impressive. Guess those incentives worked.

Seeing as how you want to go there again, I will post. Only to say you need to stop calling me 210. He was banned and I don't want any moderator here to actually assume you are (for once) right and have myself receive the same punishment that 210 did. I call you Trae because 1. You are Trae. I can see why 210 was banned having to go up against you and Hello must have been a task and a half.

It was a joke. Is everyone in SA uptight, or is it just you?
