They had a large full page ad in this past Sunday paper about "Lloyd's presents Great Estate Buy Event" for National Rarities.
The ad had a list of what they buy saying "immediate payment, no appointment necessary"

I am wondering if they offer more than other places that buy gold, sterling, old coins, etc most any day.
Or if they are like the Half Price Book stores that say they buy Books, Records, CDs etc and then only offer $1.25 for a large box of books?

If anyone has ever attended something like this in the past, I would appreciate hearing about your experience and opinion.
Is it worth trying to get there in the next 3 days or would it be just as good going to a local store at a convenient time.
