My boyfriend is a military doc and has been stationed in SA for 2 years beginning this May for his fellowship. We are having a beast of a time trying to find a reasonable house to rent, and it seems we've tried anywhere. Does anyone have a friend who needs their house rented for a couple of years? Maybe someone who's had terrible luck trying to sell and wants to wait the market out for a couple of years?

I live in that area- coil top and all.
(just kidding with ya) There are many homes to rent in this area. I am Caracol Creek and there are many rentals. I saw one in Westover today when I was taking my son to school this morning. You should have no problem finding one in that price range.

We live in Stonecreek(78245) - off potranco and 1604 and there are a number of homes for rent. The Medallion homes in Trophy Ridge are another option (off Potranco - also 78245)

We are paying 1100 for a 2300 sq/ft home in a nearly new subdivision. But, it's all carpeted and the kitchen nowhere near meets the OP's specifications.... We are happy in it though....and I'm still able to cook up some darn tasty meals!

(just kidding with ya) There are many homes to rent in this area. I am Caracol Creek and there are many rentals. I saw one in Westover today when I was taking my son to school this morning. You should have no problem finding one in that price range.
