I am interested in contacting a very experienced commercial real estate agent that knows the downtown market well. Project involves the build out of an existing historic building and its' best use.

TIA.

Curtis Bowers seems to know the downtown market very well and has lots of contacts (both residential and commercial). He has an office downtown near South Alamo. I spoke with him a few times when I was considering re locating downtown and he was always friendly and professional to me each time we spoke in person or by email.
