Yea , we used to play softball (our church) at that park. Learned to ride a bike on the street that runs up behind Stanley's(landmark) just kidding! Think that street is Vestal.

Barnacle Bill's is gone because apparently Bill Miller's grandkids (i believe) couldn't get along or didn't pay their bills. No pun intended!

I do remember them piecing it together. Sears was late getting there and should have never moved there!! Remember T.G & Y ? Our church was right across the street from SPM but moved just before or just after the mall was built. If I remember correctly that was still a completely vacant field when it was built.

I remember Woolco very much at SPM, I also remember they had a Walgreen's in there around 1986. I also loved the TG&Y store.

Yea I remember Ole Toro. It didn't last very long as I recall. Wasn't it a high steep roof kind of like Whataburgers have?
