Half acre lot -- hmmmm....maybe Hollywood Park and Castle Hills. Forget Alamo Heights.

Also, remember that as a renter YOU will be responsible for yard maintenance. May need to work this cost into the rent -- or sweat it out on those 100 degree summer days........ UGH
