Womp. I'm thinking Bitters and Blanco. But I still stand by my "where is work?" question and looking for something else as well.

You can also consider Canyon Springs. There are definitely homes in the $300K price range but there are also others that are 500K and more that are on the golf course. Zip code 78260 Make note that some communities go to Comal school district so the HS is Smithson Valley. It is a good school but not as close as Reagan or Johnson HS.

The high school in that part of Stone Oak is Reagan High School, my son goes there. He likes it.
