I filed for divorce at the Bexar county courthouse a few days ago.

Ex has signed the waiver and the decree - still out of state in CA.

I took the online parenting class.

60 days from filing will be September 25.

When do i turn in the decree, at the time of hearing? and when do I show them the parenting certificate that I have?

Never done this before, so still new to the process.

Does that mean you are going to change your user name?

You can ask the mods to change your username. No need to make a new CD account to get a new user name.

Default I did too,

I filed for divorce and ended up with my three sons. That was it, me and the boys
from then on. They are all gone now.
It was a quite liberating experience in one way.

Just remember if someone quotes an old post of yours, your old name still shows.

Nope. All old posts will show up under your new user name. The only posts that will show your old user name are quoted posts BEFORE you had your user name changed.

If you meant "quoted" instead of "quotes" then yeah you are correct.

Under Texas Family Code Section 6.702
The 60-day waiting period begins the day a person files for divorce and so
this means the 61st day after a divorce petition is filed is the earliest date you can get divorced in Texas.
