If you listen to San Antonio radio much on the weekends, you'll recognize the name G.G. Gale from his distinctive, phoned-in commercials for real estate developments.

Developer Gale was known for his radio ads - San Antonio Express-News

I actually met him many years ago. While a businessman, he seemed to genuinely like people, and taught me a LOT about what to look for in a builder during our brief hour-long meeting.

I met the man back in the eighties and heard him on the radio since the mid-seventies. RIP G.G.
