If that was the case, the headline would have sensationalized that statement and there would be an uproar calling for the firing of the Chief.

It took 45 minutes to get the fire under control is what the article conveyed. Better verbage could have been used.

According to Jen McInnis story below, Pearl is looking to relocate Minnie's (aka the "old" Liberty Bar) a few blocks south onto the Pearl campus proper.....they would try to preserve the leaning structure though.

Saw a sign at Alon Towne Center yesterday that Lenny's Sub Shop is "opening soon" there.

I think its funny the HEB at alon has a free sandwich coupon for Lenny's and it's not even open.
