Goombas at 410 and Bandera is going to be Malibu Burgers now
Goombas is opening a new Goombas Subshop on Marbach and 410

The owner of Goombas said he franchised out too fast to people who dont like to work, thus the closing of all the goombas..I think 4 have closed. There is another Goombas Subshop in the works by Wonderland Mall.

Saw online that another Jimmy John's location just opened at 8802 Potranco. I wish that another location would open north of 410!

Default Pasha at 1604 / Blanco is now open

FYI, they opened their second location last week. Had friends that went and said it is just as good as the original and service was good, despite being slammed.

Default La Condesa Italian (Blanco Rd)

Drove by several night in a row-dark, no cars. Is this location cursed? I remember when first restaurant here opened (Argentine Steakhouse-?name), Then came Matisse (seafood), El Callejon (mexican), Marthas (mexican), and now this appears belly up as well. Nothing has lasted longer than 2 years.

Condesa has been closed for a couple of weeks.

AFAIK, none of the places you listed were very good. For instance, in its previous incarnation, I always suspected that "Callejon" was Spanish for "below average." It was just really underwhelming.
