Sounds very similar to Pie 5, only Pie 5 may be more "fast foodish" since they are done preparing your pie in 5 minutes. Those are in the Dallas area, and my son had one right near his high school which may be the clientele they're looking for.

Mod appears to be a bit more hipster and urban in my experience.
