Not sure if this has been reported but it looks like the Applebee's in the Vineyards off of Blanco and 1604 closed.

Definitely closed. Drove past there Saturday and was surprised to see the Applebee's sign blacked out and a dumpster in the parking lot. Used to go there to play Buzztime Trivia and we had a pretty strong team at one time. They dropped Buzztime three or so years ago and we stopped going there. Still in contact with a few friends from back then and they had said there'd been a steady drop off in regulars over the past couple of years.

It appears to be Pho Hung Cuong, which I don't believe is a chain. I do believe it is the same as the location on DeZevala though so it leads me to believe it may be a 2nd location or they are moving from that location over there.

Default Burnt Ends closed?

I went by Burnt Ends on Blanco today and it was closed. Looks like it's either out of business or they are remodeling the interior.

Yeah, the place that used to be Buck's Landing is cursed. Nothing has succeeded there.

And the former Big Bob's Burgers location near 1604 and NW Military has been a myriad of restaurants. All failures.
