Same with a gym. Two businesses I would take advantage of, if they were here. And I don't mean a little 24 hour place, I mean a GYM.

No go to Santikos! And get Real Deal cards while you're at it!

What is your source, or how do you know this information first hand?

I supported you on the Stone Oak ban, but I cannot in good faith support this one. I JUST bought my free popcorn shirt and it's good thru 2010. Dude. Surely you understand my dilemma. And I'm also a proud card-carrying member of the Reel Deals card previously mentioned by your best guy buddy, gwrober. (well, besides kevcrawford) So, in summary, I won't set foot in Stone Oak, but Santikos here I come.

Saph, I bought the free popcorn shirt too. Though, they only had a youth small left and told us we HAVE to wear the shirt if we want free popcorn. UMMM...NO! The Palladium folks said you don't have to wear the shirt, just show it.

I'm with eveyrone about the GYM AND MOVIE THEATER! Come on, listen to what the people want! I would LOVE to see an alamo draft house, and a good one at that with a lot of events, come out further our way, rather than down by Marbach. Forget Santikos!

LOL!!!! I totally hear that!!! makes sense. I really DO prefer Santikos theaters, in all honesty. However, I'm currently at Alamo Drafthouse. Hee hee!

speaking of movie theater popcorn, I just saw on the KENS 5 6:00 news that a medium popcorn and drink is 1600 calories with 60 grams of saturated fat. That's the same as 36 slices of bacon or three quarter pounders..
I'd take the 36 slices of bacon any day. besides, I really don't like popcorn

buzzkill.

There's one on every forum. Or 40. The shirt is good for a free small popcorn, and I never add the butter. And nobody is gettin' out alive, so ya might as well go ahead and have the popcorn.
