I am tired of all of the Strip malls, anything new and big coming to this area. The movie theatre that was supposed to be just before potranco, I see that the sign is all bent and knocked down, but it should have been built by now right.

Do you mean in front of Stevens? If so, I'm curious too as I haven't seen a coming soon sign. It looks like it might be enough room for one store though.

Noticed signs of life for new construction at 1604 & Potranco. Looks like ground-breaking for something just south of the Valero & McDonalds (west of Kohl's). Anyone know what this might be? Also, any ideas on the new buildings going up to the south of Stevens HS?
