Medium......That's how Texans say Median. Just an "honest" mistake as I find it funny on the number of Folks who say the same thing. I used too.

I guess we should all be pleased that Potranco Road will have one. My Hat goes off to TXDOT but stays on for not constructing an overpass at the intersection of 1604 and Potranco....For Gosh Sakes what in the heck were they thinking??????

Thanks so much for the information, Annie! That helps.

Has anyone heard anymore about the Santikos Granada theater that supposed to be going up at Potranco?
What about the Potranco Market Shopping Center?

Jim's is almost ready...building is complete...looks like the parking lot needs to be worked on. I wasn't close enough to see if there is activity inside (chairs are in, etc.)

Here's the link to the Marbach/1604 overpass.

Loop 1604 at Marbach Road

Project Description

The proposed improvements include constructing a grade separation at LP 1604 and Marbach Road in order to improve safety and operations at this intersection. The proposal includes the construction of one lane in each direction on LP 1604 that would overpass Marbach Road.

I found it by digging a bit after they released the statement saying they're building an underpass on Medical/Fredericksburg Rd. They're closing that intersection for months!

I've seen some areas getting cleared along 1604 (SW corner of Marbach, NW corner of Military behind/around the Shell). Anyone know what is happening at these lots? Anyone have any info on proposed / new construction at 1604 & Potranco? Thanks!
