Hi all
My realtor just listed my house with MLS
I also posted it on san antonio craiglist, this classified forum, and zillow.
Are there any other free sites that posting my house might be worth my time?

Thanks

My neighbor posted a walk-through of her house on youtube. I don't think they charge, but check it out to be sure. I don't know how much traffic they get for real estate, but obviously youtube is enormously popular.

Also--if you are a SSFCU member, they have a trading post on their website for members to post things for sale.

If military, this is a good time to list with the base housing office or on Bulletin Boards at places like the BX, hospital, etc. Pictures are always nice too!!!

Craigslist will get you quite a few calls, but most of them are flakes looking for a deal. This is coming from past experiencing of putting a few of my less expensive listings up there. They rarely pan out.

There are very few good, free, resources that get you qualified buyers. The MLS will most likely being you your buyer. The paid ads that have gotten me great results were the Homes & Land magazine and the upgraded package of Realtor.com

Paka had good advice too. The bases are a good place to post.

Good luck to you.

Try the following

Iwanna
Hotpads.com
Lakehouse.com
Oodle.com
Kijiji.com
Yahoo.com
Google.com

I've used several of these adds.

Before you start adding adds though google your address and see what websites already have it. IF you are advertising in some magazines they automatically send it to another advertiser. For instance, Zillow sends it on to other sites.

Hope this has been some help to you.

If you have a house for sell in the Great Northwest, the HOA will post your ad for free in the local paper and put it on their web page. Not much help if you don't live in the area though.
