is the food at the Culebra/1604 Jim's hot now? I went there a week or so after they opened and everything was barely warm at best. I would've said something to the waitress, but she managed to vanish for about 20 minutes.

My husband got the breaded mushrooms and they were steaming. I really can't complain about the food or service there, our waitress was very nice! So were all the other waitstaff we talked with when taking my kids to the bathroom (about 4 trips )

Does anyone know if they are planning on putting in a Bath & Body works at AR? It was be so nice to not fight traffic to get to Bandera.

I haven't heard anything new on AR in a long time, but I did notice a much larger than normal amount of traffic on the Culebra/Tezel/Grissom split yesterday. We went to Taco Bell and it took forever to get out onto Culebra because there was this endless line of traffic. This was around 4:00 PM on a Saturday and I've never seen it that bad even on a weekday at 5:00 PM

Glad they waited until we got home. We were out there until about 2:30-3pm and while it was busy, traffic wasn't backed up.

that turn where Culebra changes is the pain. They've been "working" on it forever and I can't see where they've done anything except screw up a lot of traffic.

Traffic was backed up pretty bad yesterday on 1604, but I figured it was cause 410 was closed @ Bandera and people were going an alternate route.

We're trying to put a finger on whats north of Walgreens/Wells Fargo. We're all quite aware of the park/sports complex on Westwood, might as well tell us there's a Lowes going in somewhere around here...

Now the city does own quite a bit of land inside the loop, north of Walgreens/Fargo, but there's another plot owned by HRS partnership, that's where they're currently building, or thats where it looks like they are building.

theres already a Lowes in the AR development. Met a gentleman at a get together that alledgely is a manager for Costco. He kinda leaked that they were looking at the 1604 Wiseman area by late 2009
