This is somewhat related
...but I am looking for a good stylist that does the Japanese hair straightening. With summer coming up, I don't want to have to struggle with endless frizz but I'm afraid of ending up with really damaged hair from someone who doesn't know what they're doing. Can anyone recommend a good source for this in SA or do you have to go to Dallas/Houston for this?

I've seen rates from $300-$3000 depending on how much hair you want and the quality of the hair.
I also saw it can take from 3 to 5 hours on average.
I don't want to sit in a chair for 5 hours and pay a ton for bad extensions so hopefully there is someone really good in S.A.!

I've been searching for someone to do my extensions as well since I have thin hair. I've heard of Hair Studio Sonterra but they charge like $1300 for a full set of hair. I've heard they are really good though but I haven't got that kind of money.

...but I am looking for a good stylist that does the Japanese hair straightening. With summer coming up, I don't want to have to struggle with endless frizz but I'm afraid of ending up with really damaged hair from someone who doesn't know what they're doing. Can anyone recommend a good source for this in SA or do you have to go to Dallas/Houston for this?
