Does anyone know what will happen to this huge Frost Bank and parking lot now that it is no longer used? It is such a huge lot that I'm curious what will happen here. Hopefully it won't sit abandoned for too long. It's not the most attractive building.

I've heard on Nextdoor that another bank is moving into that space.

Why did they close that bank just to open build another one just 1 minute down the street?

The old location was built for a different era. The new location is smaller. Banks are closing brick-and-mortar locations. There is less need for them as more customers embrace online banking.

The old building is extremely outdated and way too big. I've never been inside but the outside looks like a Soviet administration building from the 1970's.

I saw a sign for a car wash that's going in over there.
