I support drug testing the welfare cases and it will save a LOT of money..

as far as my arms hurting, I picked up some of those pushup things they advertise on TV; the ones that twist. They're pretty effective and I found I was using muscles that I didn't feel with normal pushups..

and I think I'll pass on that Hyperdrive stuff. I have a hard enough time sleeping at night as is

I had never really thought of it in those terms, but, I would have to agree, as well. I wonder how costly it would be, though.

Oh! I know what you're talking about. Well, I feel your pain. I started a new routine on Monday (after a couple months of being lazy) and my quads are killing me! However, I have a pair of jeans in my closet that I am ABSOLUTELY deterimined to get into before summer's end. Fortunately, tomorrow is a cardio day. Thank God!

everyone in the house is going to start slimming down and getting in better shape. it'll only be for the better

as far as the drug testing, we're already wasting a ton of money supporting their drug habits.. I can't imagine a test costs more than $50 or so per person and the money saved by booting them off the program will more than pay for that.

True! However, I'm sure the ACLU will quickly claim a violation of someone's civil rights.

Think it's kicking in a little now. Probably the Scaldis I had last night at Flying Saucer was the cause of the lack of "effect" this am.

I know! I should start a new thread "My experiences on Venom"!

OH, and for what it has in it; ALR Industries - Venom Hyperdrive 3.0 (http://www.alrindustries.com/venom_hyperdrive.php - broken link)
I have been a faithful customer of Muscletech, Animal, BSN, and Cytodyne...they make great products IMHO! The stuff I'm using now... (http://www.bsnonline.net/products/products_expanded.php?id=834266001040 - broken link)

I'm building a gym in my son's old room. Going to start out with an ab thing, little bit of weights and an elliptical trainer. I think having the gym in the house will make it a lot easier to go. Plus I did the math of driving to the Lackland gym and that was going to cost about $140/month in gas alone..
