Oh! I know what you're talking about. Well, I feel your pain. I started a new routine on Monday (after a couple months of being lazy) and my quads are killing me! I'm building a gym in my son's old room. Going to start out with an ab thing, little bit of weights and an elliptical trainer. I think having the gym in the house will make it a lot easier to go. Plus I did the math of driving to the Lackland gym and that was going to cost about $140/month in gas alone..
