Puppies bring chaos...shall i bring my kittens over too??? lol Though, they have been pretty quiet this evening...they got a lot of play when we got home...and this morning??? wowza...Daisy made the ZOOOM down the stairs and hid under the couch when I told Julianna to unwrap her from the blanket and let the poor kitty go. LOL The girls really rough up those kittens and have nary a scratch. ME??? Wow...those kittens sure do love my legs. hahaha

I'm from Massillon, actually, but close enough.... and perhaps part of the reason I've aged so quickly...

by far, though, the MAJORITY of my life was spent in So Calif...

age 13 to 40-something.... I surely do miss Long Beach.....

hahahaa... Yes, and I LOVE Long Beach... Actually, in re-reading my post, it is a bit misleading... not on purpose though.... I lived in California from 1963 to 1995, but I only lived in Long Beach the last 9 or so years....
I went to college as an 'older' <achchemmm!!> student; began at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut (near Pomona), then transferred to CSU Long Beach.... Then I stayed there because I liked it soooo much more than Covina-Pomona.....
so YES, where can I read this blog of yours???? LOL

Not entirely about SA, but WAMU is consolidating some retail banking operations into the center here in Stone Oak...woohoo! Hopefully a bit of a boon to the local economy, but not a lot of data here in this article...but...it does not appear we took a hit in the round of layoffs they had today.

WaMu cuts 1,200 more jobs (http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/business/367690_wamu20.html?source=mypi - broken link)
