Well, I'm gonna get slammed. I get so tired of people saying "I don't want to pay city taxes", but then they turn around and gripe that the "city" doesn't do this or that for them.

Why would anyone NOT want to pay city taxes? Our city would be in shambles. What about state tax? You don't have to pay that? If they don't want to pay city taxes, move outside of 1604!

Well, that's what they do, but then they gripe because the CITY (which they refuse to pay taxes to) isn't providing curbside recycling to them, or a nearby library, or city police or fire protection, or......, or........
NOT everyone that's outside of the city limits does that (I don't think ANY of our Westcreekers on here do gripe like that), but some others
