2 tablespoons ground black pepper

Well, dinner was a success! It is definately on the list to make again. It was really easy to grill, I was kind of worried about over/under cooking it but I had no problems. Thanks guys!

Ended up having popcorn chicken for supper. By the time I got home from work I didn't feel like cooking a big meal.

I hate cooking. I need a maid

I second that!!!

Since otherhalf is outta town, I popped a couple of frozen dinners in the oven for the little girls (heck, they think that's a TREAT), bigger kids can fend for themselves, and I'm jis drinkin' my dinner.

I really love to cook but....hubby gets home so late that it kind of takes the fun out of it.....I'd much rather share my creations while they are hot!

I like to cook up a storm on the weekends, though! My goal is to be able to cook my favorite dishes as good as, if not better than, my favorite restaurants....

I can hardly wait to make some goodies for the UFC crowd on Saturday!
