And it's a crying shame that people think Taco Hell is better than O Cat Cabana. Taco C used to be somewhat decent--many moons ago. I used to love their salsa!

There is something satisfying about the crispy tacos at Taco Hell, though. I'll give you that.

My HEB is the suck lately. My older son is visiting, and his favorite dish that I make is Sesame Chicken. So.......that was decided upon tonight. I went to HEB and they no longer carry the seasoning packet for it, so I had to make kung pao chicken instead. It was no where near as good as the sesame chicken.
Argh you did it again. you and RD...I pull up these threads before bed and now you guys got me all hungry...and teeth already brushed.

I know what to call it, but I can't say it here.

Must have happened in the last 4 years or so.........the last time I ate at one was on SW or E Military, (I don't know where the switch is) and it took 15 minutes for her to tranlate my English to her Spanish, I didn't get anywhere near what I ordered, what I got tasted like how I would imagine a hobo's socks with salsa would taste, and that's it, I was through.

At the risk of showing my ignorance and to blatantly show my laziness (I could just google it), what does it mean to be rick rolled?

I was just about to post this one. We saw this last night on our way home and I was wondering if it was anyone on here. What a thing to come back to!! My father had a place burn down once, it too was over the Thanksgiving weekend and there is nothing worse than that over the holidays!

Yeah, I would think you'd remember that event every year......something about the holidays makes memories so much sharper. Although, losing a loved one and losing a home at any time of the year is heartbreaking. I like to think I am not attached to my "things"--but I think if I lost them all in a fire I would not be unaffected. I guess the grieving process would be similar to losing a loved one.
