Wear shoes that are for walking. The trails at Voelcker have been cleared but not smoothed, so the terrain gets kind of rough in places there. Although it's relatively flat, it can be uneven.

Thanks for posting, Sapphire! We had a nice time taking our chihuahua walking on the trails! We also got her microchipped. She wasn't to happy with the shot, though. We would have taken a tour of the Holocaust memorial at the JCC, but it wasn't open. Next time!
