We live on the happy NW side, 78250. My DH just went out to get in his company car for work, and lo and behold, there was glass everywhere. Someone busted out the window to get in, and they took his brief case. There is nothing in his brief case but stupid, worthless (to anyone outside the company) paperwork.

I hope the pawn shop gives him $3 for that brief case. Idiots.

That's no fun. Years ago, I had a car window broken out by a thief who stole only the power cord for a radar detector. The window cost over $100 to replace, while the replacement power cord cost me $10.

To this day, my kids look at me like I'm crazy when I ask them to stash things out of sight that a thief might smash a window for when we park the car.

Some time ago, my gf's car was broken into for her stereo. Wasn't even a cd player. The thief broke the glass, and then cut himself, and bled EVERYWHERE. And I don't want to be mean, but I hope he passed out or bled out over a stupid $10 WalMart tape player. Geez.

Wow. I wonder what they think would be left in a brief case?

Eww. If i was thief running through a subdivision i would not grab a brief case (you have no idea what is in there) id pass and get something i can see in plain sight. Look he broke your husbands window for nothing. A waste of time and energy. (did he at least cut something)
