Final score was Arizona State won 49-7. Not much great about that from a UTSA view point.

If you want to be the best team, you have to play the best opponents. Kudos to UTSA for scheduling P5 opponents.

They seem to be playing ASU every couple of years. Good for them playing against a big name out of state school.

UTSA got paid $300K to be ASU's punching bag. Pretty common for larger programs to contract with smaller non-conference opponents as a warm-up for their conference play. If I remember right, they may already be contracted for another ASU match next year. Good for UTSA in the sense they can get a taste of the big league and also support the costs of their own program.

It will get bigger and greater this year, a long ways to go. We should have no problems with Baylor next week.
