I’m thinking about getting counseling office space in this area. Can anyone tell me about the safety and accessibility to Culebra and Tezel?

safety? Its an ok area. Accessibility, is good. Lots of traffic. There are some very good vacant office spaces just up Tezel from Culebra at the corner of Tezel and Timber Ranch I think. Theres a dental office and a pediatric there already. Easy access and a red light corner

The area is fine. I think of it as a very inconvenient spot to get to, even though I don't live far from it. An office on 1604 would be better.

I think that would be a good place for counseling. It's somewhat close-ish to westside so families that may be in need of services can get to you a bit easier then going downtown or out to 1604 and it's close enough to families who live off 1604 to get to. You may want to ask some people within your network whether there's a need there. I'm not in the loop about where therapists are located in SA but I assume they're probably bunched together much like they are in Austin (lack of services in East and South Austin).
