If you catch a green on Bulverde and there's no traffic ( which is why I said it couldn't be done during the day) then I think he should be OK pretty much the whole stretch.

OP let us know what you decide.

Speed racing? Who is he racing? Himself? and it's still within the speed limit, so what law is being broken?

unless traction control keeps you from spinning the tires you can be caught for exhibition of speed.
there's a time and a place for these things, not on public roads.

I went from San Marcos to COTA racetrack on the toll road and hardly saw another car. I had the road completely to my self for 30 miles.
