Put Kurt Thomas on West, and Bowen on Peja. And make Chris Paul try to beat you.

Spurs in 6.

The Mavs just fired Avery Johnson. Suppose he'll end up on Pop's staff?

Heh, I was telling my co-worker that last week. AJ gets canned and is a scapegoat for another first round bounce. All though I think they made a bad move in aquiring Kidd. Thank God the Spurs didn't trade Parker for Kidd. Pop picks up AJ for an assistant. Couple years down the road, Pop passes the coaching job to AJ. Nice...

I am working in Sacramento this week and took off a bit early to catch the game on TNT. This morning one of my coworkers came in complaining that all she heard yesterday was shouts and cursing from the den yesterday. Couldn't figure out what was going on until I told her the Spurs closed Phoenix out. Seems she had a house full of Suns fans over.

I love seeing the Spurs win, but I hate seeing Steve Nash lose. I have immense respect for that guy.

The Wings v Stars is going to be a great series. Man.. is it just me, or does the NHL games seem the most exciting that they have since the strike?

.. and to stay on topic... Go Spurs Go!

Like the early exit, this wasn't a shock to me. AJ more than likely will be with the Spurs staff in someway.

The only problem I had with that.... Mark fired the wrong guy. The one that should be leaving is the so-called "star" of the team........

Yeah, I feel for him. If he'd stop playing on teams which play against the Spurs in the playoffs, I'd be rooting for him all the time.

OMG!! I feel the same way. It broke my heart every time I saw him after we won. I was like I know you should have had it, but we wanted it more.
